This presentation will share how Parkland County is helping landowners and business owners move through the ‘hurdles’ of planning and development to ensure their business and development ideas come to life and enhance the economic prosperity of a rural community.
 
Presenter: Carol Bergum, RPP, MCIP is currently Director of Planning and Development for Parkland County.  With experience ranging from urban downtown revitalization to enhancing traditional rural agriculture, her focus has always been to ensure planning decisions shape locally authentic built environments and landscapes.
