APPI’s greatest goal is to promote excellence and professional standards in the field of planning. With our annual APPI Awards, we recognize exemplary work in the planning profession.
2021 Planning Awards
Awards acknowledge meritorious plans and projects, undertaken in whole or in part by members of the Institute, that significantly contribute to the livability of communities in Alberta, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Plans and projects specific to rural and indigenous planning are encouraged. A Certificate of Planning Excellence or a Certificate of Planning Merit may be awarded.
The Planning Award recipients will be announced and honoured at the virtual Planning Awards Ceremony to be hosted in the fall of 2021.
