Jennifer Moss is an international speaker, award-winning journalist, author, and workplace culture strategist. She is cofounder of the Work Better Institute, a global workforce policy think tank, a nationally syndicated radio columnist, and a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Fortune. A sought-after workplace expert, Moss is frequently invited by global media to share her research and insights. Her third leadership book, Why Are We Here? Creating a Work Culture Everyone Wants, earned spots on multiple Best Books on Leadership lists for 2025 and received the Outstanding Works of Literature Award in the Leadership category. Her previous book, The Burnout Epidemic, was named one of Thinkers50's 10 Best New Management Books of 2022. She is also a member of Harvard Business Publishing's Impact Thought Leadership program and a former member of the Global Happiness Council in partnership with Gallup. Moss is an award-winning speaker and will be Toastmasters' Golden Gavel Honoree for 2026.
