How does love factor into community planning? How does it factor into your practice? Do they have an intersection? With Dr. Teresa Goldstein.

Despite massive declines in established area population, school closures, and housing pressures; the reality that welcoming new growth into existing established neighbourhoods is wildly contentious and often considered at the expense of community ‘character’ and in opposition with stability. Dr. Teresa Goldstein RPP, MCIP is a recognized leader in urban planning and housing. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Teresa is hailed as an authority in community development, with a diverse background spanning government and private sectors.
