COVID-19 Information for MembersAPPI’s business is continuing but is being modified in accordance with the public health restrictions, and the Administration Team will continue to respond to your voicemails and email in a timely manner. APPI is committed to the health and protection of our members and APPI event attendees. With the COVID-19 outbreak, and the ongoing uncertainty about the lifting of restrictions on large gatherings, all scheduled in person APPI events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice, and APPI Council, volunteer and staff travel is also still discontinued at this time. This includes the September 2020 APPI Conference which has been shifted to an entirely virtual conference offering. APPI will continue to support its members’ professional development via remote learning and a complimentary and expanding webinar program. APPI will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in compliance with recommendations from health officials and the new provincial guidelines with respect to social and physical distancing, and the gradual restart of some activities. However, we do not anticipate a return of larger in-person events in the immediate near future. We will work to keep you up to date and informed as anything changes.
