Reminder to Register! APPI Calgary Event - Y2Y (Yellowstone to Yukon) Regional International Conservation Initiative!

Dr. Jodi Hilty, the President and Chief Scientist of Y2Y (Yellowstone to Yukon) will be speaking to us about Y2Y and her experiences at the head of this international conservation initiative.  She will be speaking about Y2Y and the latest science re conservation, wildlife corridors and climate change effects and forecasts for the mountain areas. Of particular interest will be her observations from leading multi-jurisdictional conservation initiatives – in the case of Y2Y spanning 2 countries, various states, BC, Alberta, the Yukon and many municipalities, communities and volunteer groups.  How do you make a broad-based initiative work on this scale?
