APPI Online Consultant Directory

The APPI Consultant Directory is a service to those practicing in the private sector and is a key reference source for potential clients in the private, non-government or government sectors. The directory benefits both our professional planning consulting members and the planning community. The fee for 2017 is $400.00 plus GST. APPI Edmonton Events Committee presents 'Indigenous Awareness & Engagement for Planners'

Tuesday, February 7, 2017
Registration starts at 11:30am with the presentation and a hot buffet lunch from 12:00 - 1:00pm. This event is at the University of Alberta Faculty Club in the Papachase room on the upper level, 11435 Saskatchewan Drive, Edmonton.

Over the past few years Canada has made tremendous efforts towards understanding its relationship and responsibilities to indigenous people.

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Aaron Aubin RPP, MCIP, Principal and Indigenous Engagement Specialist at Aaron Aubin Consulting Inc., as our guest speaker for the February luncheon.

APPI and the City of Calgary present the 4th Annual Baconfest!

February 1, 8 and 15, 2017 at the John Dutton Theatre, Calgary Central Library, 2nd Floor, 616 Macleod Trail, SE, Calgary.

The February 22nd event will be at the Globe Cinema, 617 8 Avenue, SW, Calgary.

The brain-child of Urban Strategy General Manager Rollin Stanley, Baconfest is named after noted City Planner, Ed Bacon, and celebrates and explores urbanism in all its forms. Five films will be presented with discussion to follow.

Friday, January 20, 2017 4:30pm until 7:30pm at Moose McGuire's, 1941 Uxbridge Drive, NW, Calgary. APPI Council is pleased to host this networking opportunity with professional planners residing and/or working in the region with planning students from the University of Calgary. Complimentary appetizers will be provided. This event is free and pre-registration is not required.
