Extended Reporting Period for Retired and Non Practicing Members
As of January 1, 2018, APPI’s new PLI program includes a ten year Extended Reporting Period that is automatically available at no cost or additional premium for Retired and Non-Practicing Members who have been insured under the Institute’s Insurance Program for a minimum of two (2) years. The Extended Reporting Period protects against claims that may arise for up to 10 years provided that the claim is related to prior incidents and exposures that occurred during their past practice and before the end of their last active policy.
