It’s been a while. We cannot wait to Meet Again at this year’s 2022 APPI Conference in Canmore!
Meet Again: One Event – Two Experiences will allow in-person and online delegates the opportunity to reconnect, network and learn what others have been up to over the last couple of years.
We have learned throughout this pandemic that a strictly in-person event or online only event; is no longer good enough. We have tried for years to be able to access planners in our vast network from Nunavut, to the Northwest Territories to urban and rural Alberta; and the benefit of the last two years has been the learning about how to connect virtually. In the spirit of doing more; this year’s conference will provide dedicated sessions for in-person attendees and sessions for virtual participants.

The conference will be comprised of two distinct types of sessions (1) in-person and (2) virtual. Each will have a different conference rate and while it will be one event, it will be two different experiences.
The in-person component will have a minimum of two sessions being offered concurrently, so in-person delegates will have the option to pick which session they attend. This is in addition to any in-person tours that may also be offered as part of the conference.
The virtual component will have one session per time slot being offered for the virtual delegates. Most of the in-person sessions will be recorded so that all delegates can watch the sessions following the conference to log continuous professional learning units.
We can’t wait to Meet Again.
