Despite investments by all orders of government, Alberta’s communities continue to face issues of insufficient affordable housing and homelessness. APPI’s data on gender  representation in the Institute reflects that 39% of APPI’s Registered Professional Planners (RPP) are female and 61% are male, 43% of APPI’s overall membership is female and 57% is male, and of APPI’s Candidate members, 49.5% are female and 50.5% are male.
