APPI MGA Review Task Force - "Continuing the Conversation"

Through an online discussion paper and companion questionnaire, the Province is seeking input into emerging MGA topics that were identified during public consultation on Bill 21 – The Modernized Municipal Government Act.  These topics could result in further changes to the MGA.

APPI’s MGA Review Task Force is compiling an official response on behalf of APPI Council and would like it to reflect your input. While all members are encouraged to respond to the Province’s questionnaire (click here), a unified response through APPI will continue to place our organization directly in the Province's line of sight and remind them that APPI is the voice of professional planners in Alberta.

The Task Force will need to receive your input no later than Tuesday, January 10th in order to incorporate it into APPI’s official response.  Please send it to Gail Sokolan via email at [email protected]. For updates on the MGA Review Task Force information click here
