Call for Planning Law Session Potential Topics at 2022 Conference

Brownlee LLP has committed to presenting a session at the 2022 APPI Conference in Canmore in the realm of planning law.  One possible topic is Section 683.1 Development Applications of the Municipal Government Act (MGA), as there is some indication that this section is not always being properly implemented.

APPI is soliciting its members for other sections of the MGA that they may be struggling to implement or interpret, as well as other topic suggestions in planning law that Brownlee LLP could explore in support of your professional practice.  For more information or to share your suggestions email [email protected].
