City of Edmonton Request for feedback on a new Wind Studies Terms of Reference document.

The City of Edmonton is currently developing a draft terms of reference for wind studies.  These terms of reference address when a wind study is required, how it is prepared, and how it will be evaluated.  This work is in response to a City Council motion in fall 2019 and feedback from the development industry will shape a report to Urban Planning Committee later in 2020.  A draft is now available on the project web page, along with a feedback form that will be open until July 21, 2020.  For more information please contact Christian Lee at [email protected].

Edmonton Design Committee Policies and Procedures Review

The City of Edmonton is currently undertaking a review of the Edmonton Design Committee policies and procedures, to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and relevance of the Committee.  A draft report has been prepared in response to a City Council motion in  fall 2019, and feedback from the development industry will shape a report to Urban Planning Committee later in 2020.  The  draft report is now available on the project web page, along with a feedback form that will be open until July 21, 2020.  For more information please contact Peter Spearey at [email protected].
