Professional Standards Board (PSB) 2017 Professional Exam Schedule

The spring exam will be on March 20, 2017 in Calgary at the Andrew Davidson Building, Edinburgh Room, 133 6 Avenue SE.

Eligible Candidate members will be advised by email and only those undertaking the PSB process, including completion of the Ethics & Professionalism Course and Test, and who have their Mentor and Work Logs approved by the PSB, are able to write this exam. Click here for registration and complete information.

APPI Volunteer Recognition Program - Call for Submissions

You have the opportunity to nominate one of your colleagues for the contributions that they have made to the Institute in one of the following two categories:
Outstanding Contribution to the Profession Award
Volunteer of the Year Award

Please forward the name of your nominee to the APPI office stating which award you are nominating the member for and include a succinct description of their contribution (250 words or less, referencing in what capacity they have served, such as committees, council, etc) by 3:30pm March 17, 2017. Submit your nomination via email to the APPI office at [email protected]. Following the close of the nominations, the awards will be adjudicated by the APPI Volunteer Recognition Committee and the recipients will be honoured at the APPI Volunteer Celebration in Calgary on Thursday April 27, 2017. APPI Council Call for Nominations

The APPI Nominating Committee is tasked with the duty of presenting the membership with a full slate of nominees for vacant positions on Council and is actively recruiting potential volunteers.
Regulated members, either Registered Professional Planners (RPP) or Candidate members, may nominate themselves or be nominated by others to serve on Council.

All nominations must be filed with the Nomination Committee via the APPI Office on or before Tuesday February 28, 2017 by email, mail or fax.
